Welcome to the WASABC website. This Western Australian beer competition is conducted in September of each year and is open to all amateur brewers in the State to enter.
You simply select your favourite beer, or beers, fill in the entry form available on the Enter page and follow the steps on the form. Further information on the rules of entry can be seen on the Rules page.
The WASABC is affiliated with the Australian Amateur Brewers Association and this enables successful brewing entries to enter the National Competition conducted each year just after the completion of the State competitions.
Every brewer who enters the State competition will receive a comprehensive analysis of each of their entries. This feedback is invaluable to each brewer and enables individuals to improve their own beer making capacity.
The competition is open for kit brewers along with all-grain and partial mash brewers. It is not necessary to be a member of any home brew club to enter.
